2. Website and hosting
This website is hosted by Febas. When a page is requested, technically necessary connection data is processed, including the IP address, time, requested address, browser information and HTTP status. This enables delivery and secure operation of the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: the legitimate interest in providing a secure and reliable website.
Information about the hosting provider is available from Febas. Connections to the website are encrypted when accessed via HTTPS.
3. Cookies, images and videos
This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies, or analytics or advertising services. Fonts, images and videos are provided without external font or video providers. No visitor behaviour profiles are created.
4. Rental enquiries and contact
When you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process the information you provide to answer your enquiry or prepare your rental. This may include your name, contact details, travel dates, height and preferred bicycle. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR to prepare or fulfil a contract, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR to handle general enquiries.
Information entered in the enquiry dialog is used temporarily in your browser only. Choosing “Enquire by email” or “Enquire via WhatsApp” passes a draft message to the relevant application. This website does not store these entries in a database. You decide whether to send the message in your email or WhatsApp application.
Contact and contractual data is retained only as long as necessary for the relevant purpose. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
5. WhatsApp and Google Maps
WhatsApp and Google Maps are included as external links. These services are not loaded simply by visiting our website. A connection to the respective provider is established only when you open a link.
WhatsApp is subject to the privacy policy of WhatsApp Ireland Limited. Communications may involve processing metadata as well as messages. Alternatively, you can contact us by email or phone.
Google Maps is subject to the Google privacy policy. Using external services may involve data processing outside the EU.
6. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.
Where processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular Spain's Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
For questions or to exercise your rights, please write to info@e-montana.es.
